Hy-Tec is seeking a Batch Plant Operator for our Narangba team in Queensland. You will manage customer orders, batch concrete to spec, and allocate deliveries to optimise truck utilisation.
The role involves operating mobile and fixed plant, forklifts and front-end loaders while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will excel in this role with proven experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic workload.

In this diverse position you will play a critical role in our business by ensuring customer expectations are met at all stages of our ordering & delivery processes. You will provide excellent customer service whilst taking orders, batch concrete to customer specifications and schedule and allocate deliveries to maximise the efficiency and utilisation of our concrete agitator trucks.You will also operate mobile and fixed plant and equipment, including front end loaders and forklifts.
