Job summary

Hy-Tec in Swanbank, Queensland, is seeking a Trainee Batcher / Batcher / Senior Batch Plant Operator to manage concrete batching, schedule deliveries, and operate plant equipment at our Swanbank concrete plant.

No prior batching experience is required as full training is provided; however, a reliable, safety-conscious attitude and willingness to grow with the team are essential. This entry-level role offers competitive pay and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and comfort with computers (batching systems) is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills with customers and teams.

What you will need to Succeed

• Experience in a similar role and confidence with computers (Command/Jonel batching systems) would be highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
• Plant Operator experience (FEL preferred)
• Proven ability to prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment
