Hyatt Regency Sydney's Zephyr Sky Bar is seeking an experienced bartender to join our fast-paced, vibrant team. You will craft classic and signature cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive under pressure on a rotating roster.

The ideal candidate holds current RSA, full working rights in Australia, strong presentation, and great communication. Previous bar and floor experience is essential, with a passion for hospitality and a drive to grow within Hyatt's international

Qualifications

• Previous bar and floor experience in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge on classic and signature cocktails
• Excellent presentation and grooming
• Current RSA
• Full working rights in Australia
• Must be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends
