BTown BBQ Bathurst are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar & Front of House Team Members to join our growing hospitality team.

We have Casual and Part-Time positions available with an immediate start for the right candidates.

Located in the heart of Bathurst, BTown BBQ at The Oxford is a vibrant state of the art location with , all-day dining, live sport, functions, and the renowned BTown BBQ. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and genuine country hospitality.

About the Role

• Serving customers in our bar and dining areas

• Preparing and serving beverages

• Taking food and drink orders

• Providing outstanding customer service

• Maintaining a clean and professional work environment

• Working across nights, weekends, and busy trading periods

What We're Looking For

• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Hospitality experience preferred

• Availability to work evenings and weekends
