Job summary

Funlab is seeking Front of House team members for Strike Bowling Frankston to deliver high-energy guest experiences across our Strike Bowling and Holey Moley venues. You’ll join a people-first team that values fun, inclusion, and growth, with opportunities to learn from industry leaders and earn rewards.

Availability on weekends and nights is required. You’ll bring energy, excellent customer service, and a passion for building rapport with guests of all ages; RSA and WWCC are encouraged to

• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience is required.
• Energetic, positive attitude and willingness to engage with guests.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset.
• Drive sales on every shift through upselling and proactive guest engagement.
• Understand daily goals and challenges, and work with your team to succeed.
• Keep the venue well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.
• Be trained in all areas and contribute across bar, reception, or events.
• Follow safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe.
• Anticipate guests' needs and go above and beyond.

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift - smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
