Minor Hotels’ Oaks Cairns Hotel is seeking enthusiastic Bartender/F&B Attendants for a part-time role across bar and restaurant floors, with lunch and evening shifts. You’ll rotate across seven days, including weekends and public holidays, delivering high-standard beverages and guest service in a fast-paced setting.

• Previous experience in barista, café, restaurant or F&B roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service across restaurant and bar.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard; maintain bar cleanliness and stock.
• Recommend menu items and share knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and resolve guest needs with professionalism.
