Job summary

Oaks Cairns Hotel is seeking enthusiastic, service-driven Bartender / Food & Beverage Attendants for a part-time, dual role across bar and restaurant floors. You’ll support lunch and dinner service, with a rotating roster seven days a week including weekends and public holidays.

Applicants should have RSA certification (or be able to obtain one), and experience in barista, café, or hospitality roles. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• RSA certification (or ability to obtain one).
• Experience in barista, café, restaurant or food & beverage roles preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional service to guests across restaurant and bar.
• Taking and delivering orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard and maintaining bar stock.
• Recommending menu items and sharing knowledge of offerings.
• Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and resolving guest needs professionally.
