Qualifications

• Bartender/Bar Attendant experience in 5* or high-end venues.
• Ability to craft complex cocktails and knowledge of spirits and wines.
• Willingness to work a 7-day rotating roster.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Excellent grooming and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences in resort cafe and bar outlets.
• Assist guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate requests, orders and service delivery.
• Use of POS system for order processing.
• Maintain immaculate service areas and hygiene standards.
• Support Marriott's guest-service standards and professional demeanor.
