Pier One Sydney Harbour is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our iconic waterfront venue. This part-time/full-time role involves crafting beverages, engaging guests, and maintaining a stylish bar environment in a fast-paced setting tied to Marriott International’s Autograph Collection.

The role requires NSW RSA certification, strong hospitality skills, and flexibility across shifts, including evenings and weekends. Training and staff benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience.
• Current NSW RSA certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards.
• Open and serve wine and champagne bottles with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of the bar and surrounding areas.
• Stock and replenish supplies including ice, glassware, and garnishes.
• Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift banking duties.
• Secure all alcohol and bar equipment at the end of each shift.
• Follow RSA and safety guidelines at all times.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support your team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
