Qualifications

• Degree in Oenology, Wine Science or related discipline.
• Previous winery or vintage experience preferred.
• Exposure to premium Barossa winemaking desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vintage planning and execution.
• Manage fermentation programs.
• Conduct wine and juice assessment.
• Collect data and maintain records.
• Supervise and support cellar operations.
• Maintain quality, safety and compliance standards.
