Job summary

Dorrien Estate Winery in the Barossa Valley is seeking casual Cellar Team Members for the 2027 vintage. Previous winery experience is welcome but full training will be provided; positions are seasonal casual with shifts, weekends and overtime. Applicants must be available for the entire vintage period between January and May 2027.

A pre-employment medical will be required. We offer hands-on training, with physical work both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• Previous vintage or winery experience is welcome but training will be provided.
• Available for entire vintage period Jan–May 2027.
• Shift work, weekends and overtime required.
• Work is physical, indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Vintage operations from crush to press.
• Cellar operations.
• Barrel operations.
• Filtration and bottling preparation.
