Beckons’ Louise in the Barossa Valley is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will run your own section, craft a seasonal, produce-driven menu and work closely with the Executive and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional service.

This role celebrates local growers, requires availability across evenings and weekends, and offers the energy of a luxury, guest-focused kitchen in a renowned wine region.

Formación

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a fine dining or luxury environment.
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
• Passion for seasonal produce and regional food and wine.
• Availability across evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Run your section across breakfast, lunch and dinner service with confidence.
• Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Work with seasonal and local produce to bring the menu to life.
• Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with menu development and specials.
• Train and guide junior chefs and apprentices on your section.
• Manage stock rotation, ordering and waste control for your section.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure seamless service.
