St Marys Rugby League Club is seeking a friendly Café All-Rounder for Milly's Café. You’ll handle breakfast and lunch prep, and serve customers with a smile, while efficiently moving between kitchen and front-of-house duties.

Ideal candidates have café or hospitality experience, can work quickly in a busy environment, and are comfortable switching between kitchen and service roles, including barista duties. Availability across days, nights, and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, kitchen or hospitality environment.
• Confidence working in both food preparation and customer service.
• A positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, flexibility and a strong work ethic.
• Availability across days, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and cooking café-style meals, including breakfast and lunch items
• Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations
• Taking orders, serving customers and operating the POS
• Preparing coffees and other beverages
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Jumping between the kitchen and front of house as needed to support the team
