Stazi Group is opening a brand new café and panini bar in the CBD, seeking a talented front-of-house team member. You’ll be the face of our café—fast, friendly, and skilled, with casual hours and weekend availability.

Experience as a barista/all-rounder in a busy café or deli is essential. You will jump between roles, deliver excellent customer service, and grow with the business as it opens.

Qualifications

• Cafe or deli experience is required.
• Able to switch between roles quickly and calmly.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders at the front of house.
• Prepare drinks and maintain a clean, efficient station.
• Provide fast, friendly service during busy periods and openings.
