Qualifications

• Cafe/restaurant/hotel barista experience in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency in espresso extraction and milk texturing.
• Genuine interest in coffee quality and consistency.
• Ability to handle busy breakfast periods with confidence
• Warm, intuitive guest service and friendly demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Collaborative attitude and teamwork
• Organised, clean, and calm behind the bar
• Rotating roster availability including early mornings, weekends, holidays
• Must have current and ongoing working rights

• Previous barista experience in a café, restaurant, hotel or similarly fast‑paced environment
• Strong espresso preparation and milk‑texturing skills
• A genuine interest in coffee, quality and consistency
• Confidence working through busy breakfast and service periods
• Warm, intuitive guest service
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• A positive, collaborative approach with your fellow colleagues
• The ability to stay organised, clean and composed behind the bar
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays
• You must already have current and ongoing working rights
