Job summary

Andaz Gold Coast is seeking curious and passionate culinary professionals to join our opening team. You will work with an experienced leadership group across restaurant, bar, events and colleague dining experiences.

Your responsibilities include preparing dishes, supporting mise en place, maintaining food safety, stock control and collaborating with colleagues to deliver memorable guest experiences. MUST ALREADY HAVE AUSTRALIA Working Rights.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
• Relevant cookery qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• The ability to remain calm and organised during busy services.
• A collaborative and respectful approach.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• A genuine passion for food, produce and memorable guest experiences.
• MUST ALREADY HAVE WORKING RIGHTS FOR AUSTRALIA.
