Job summary

The Fresh Collective is seeking Casual Barista All-rounders to join our team at the Australian Museum in Sydney. You will be responsible for making high-quality coffee, taking orders, and delivering exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced setting.

We offer 20 to 25 hours per week with day shifts across Monday to Sunday; Wednesday shifts may extend to 9pm. Hourly rates vary by day: Mon-Fri $33.85, Sat $40.62, Sun $47.39, with superannuation included.

Qualifications

• 2 years barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
• RSA certification required.
• Valid full-time working rights in Australia.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Dial in grinders and maintain consistency during busy periods.

About the role

• Make coffee to a high quality and appearance

About You

• Ideally 2 years Barista experience in a fast-paced environment
• Great knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
• Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency during a busy burst.
• A team player who can work independently
• Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Hold valid RSA
• Valid full time working rights in Australia
