Fusion point manly in Manly is seeking a dedicated part-time barista who thrives in a busy cafe environment. You will craft espresso beverages, build relationships with regulars, and help keep the cafe running smoothly during peak periods.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of barista experience, strong latte art or roast knowledge, and a customer-first approach. RSA and Food Safety certifications are preferred. Part-time shifts with a friendly team await.

Qualifications

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Prepare consistently excellent espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages to order
• Build genuine relationships with customers and remember their preferences
• Maintain café equipment in top working order, including daily cleaning and basic troubleshooting
• Work efficiently during peak service times while keeping the bar organised and restocked

Who You Are

You'll have at least 2 years' barista experience with proven ability to work under pressure. You're technically skilled—tamping, milk steaming, and espresso extraction aren't new territory for you. We're looking for someone with genuine enthusiasm for coffee quality and a customer-first attitude.
