Job summary

Andaz Gold Coast is seeking a confident Bar Team Leader to guide our colleagues and create memorable experiences across our vibrant venues. You’ll be hands-on, guest-focused and passionate about thoughtful service, great cocktails and the stories behind every pour.

Lead bar service with warmth and hospitality, support the Bar Manager with daily operations, coach and develop team, and maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior bar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage service.
• A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural ability to coach, motivate and inspire colleagues.
• A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Must already have ongoing working rights for Australia
