EVT Limited– Sydney International Airport NSW seeks a Bar Supervisor for Rydges Sydney Airport. You will run Smithy's Bar and Cloud 9 Rooftop, leading a skilled team to deliver exceptional service and cocktail experiences.

You bring 1+ years in bar supervision, strong guest engagement, and the ability to train others while adapting to a fast-paced hotel environment.

Formación

• 1+ years' experience as a Bar Supervisor in hotels, bars or restaurants.
• Experience training and leading teams and driving guest satisfaction.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails and beverages.
• Warm, friendly and approachable manner with guests.
• Excellent communication and flexibility to adapt to venue needs.
• Ability to train and develop a team and anticipate guest needs.

Key Responsibilities & Experience

• 1 + years' worth of experience as a Bar Supervisor working in hotels, bars, or restaurants.
• Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience.
• Proven knowledge on a range of beverage items, including cocktails.
• Warm, friendly and approachable manor, with the ability to engage with guests.
• Great communication skills, flexibility and can adapt to the hotels needs.
• Can manage and train a team.
• Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
