Rydges Sydney Airport is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead Smithy’s Bar and the Cloud 9 Rooftop, delivering standout beverage experiences with a skilled crew. You’ll apply cocktail knowledge and guest-first service to ensure smooth, energetic shifts.

You will drive team cohesion, adapt quickly to busy periods, and uphold brand standards across EVT’s hotel and entertainment network, creating memorable experiences for guests.

Formación

• 1+ years’ experience as a Bar Supervisor in hotels, bars or restaurants.
• Experience leading and training teams to drive a great guest experience.
• Proven knowledge of beverages, including cocktails.
• Warm, friendly and approachable demeanor with strong communication.
• Ability to read the room, adapt quickly and manage changing needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily bar operations across Smithy’s Bar and Cloud 9 Rooftop.
• Oversee and train bar staff to maintain service standards.
• Ensure consistent cocktail service and guest engagement.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock control.
• Collaborate on events and beverage program improvements.

Key Responsibilities & Experience

• 1 + years’ worth of experience as a Bar Supervisor working in hotels, bars, or restaurants.
• Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience.
• Proven knowledge on a range of beverage items, including cocktails.
• Warm, friendly and approachable manor, with the ability to engage with guests.
• Great communication skills, flexibility and can adapt to the hotels needs.
• Can manage and train a team.
• Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
