Job summary

Crown Resorts Sydney is seeking a Bar Supervisor for the Mahogany Bar on a max-term contract to manage high-volume luxury beverage service on the gaming floor. The role requires leadership, coaching and a strong guest-focused mindset within Crown Sydney's premium environment.

The successful candidate will oversee service, mentor staff, maintain luxury standards, and ensure RSA and licensing compliance while delivering memorable guest experiences in a dynamic, 24/7 setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in premium bar, gaming floor or high-volume hospitality
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Exceptional presentation and grooming standards for a luxury environment
• Comfortable engaging with guests and leading by example
• Strong organisational, decision-making and time-management skills
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating roster (overnights required)
• Current NSW RSA competency card required
• Ability to obtain Casino Special Employee Licence (police/credit checks)

Responsibilities

• Lead bar teams during service to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Support daily operations across the gaming floor and private gaming areas
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve high performance
• Maintain luxury service standards in a fast-paced environment
• Build strong relationships with guests through proactive engagement
• Monitor operational efficiency and support continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with RSA, gaming, safety and procedures
