Rydges North Sydney NSW is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team, elevate guest service, and craft memorable beverage experiences in a busy hotel setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience as Bar Supervisor in hotels, bars or restaurants.
• Experience training and leading teams; fosters strong guest experience.
• Proven knowledge of beverages and cocktails.
• Warm, friendly and approachable demeanor with guests.
• Excellent communication; flexible and adaptable to hotel needs.
• Ability to manage and train a team.
• Ability to anticipate guests’ needs and adapt to situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team behind the bar, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
• Manage shifts, train staff, and drive a positive team culture.
• Develop beverage knowledge, including cocktails, and maintain quality standards.
