Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited is seeking a Bar/Beverage Manager to spearhead the pre-opening and ongoing operation of the Mott 32 bar program in a luxury dining environment. You will craft innovative beverage offerings and drive quality, cost control and guest satisfaction across all shift periods.

You will recruit, train and coach a high-performing team, collaborate with the General Manager and Executive Chef, and ensure compliance with liquor licenses and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bar Manager or Beverage Manager.
• Luxury restaurant or premium hotel background.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine.
• Experience with ordering, inventory and beverage costing.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening, launch and ongoing operation of the Mott 32 bar program.
• Develop and deliver innovative beverage offerings aligned to the Mott 32 brand.
• Drive beverage quality, consistency and presentation across service periods.
• Manage beverage purchasing, inventory, stock takes and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety and service standards.
• Recruit, train and coach a high-performing beverage team.
