Job summary

EVT Limited is seeking an experienced Bar Manager in Sydney to oversee day‑to‑day bar operations, lead bartending and floor service teams, and drive revenue while maintaining high guest satisfaction. The role reports to the Venues Manager and Directors, and requires strong people leadership, RSA compliance, and a hands‑on approach during peak times.

You will manage labor costs, beverage inventory, and stock loss, while upholding liquor licensing standards and WHS requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Current RSA certification required.
• Proven experience leading hospitality teams in a bar/venue setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the bartending and floor service teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage venue operations, crowd flow and peak trading periods with a hands‑on leadership style.
• Drive revenue through staff training, upselling, product knowledge and effective menu recommendations.
