Qualifications

• Previous bar and floor experience in a similar environment.
• Experience leading and coaching a team.
• Strong knowledge of classic and signature cocktails.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-paced environment.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Excellent presentation and grooming.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Available to work a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cascade knowledge and experience to the wider bar team in collaboration with the Bar Manager.
• Maximise profitability with minimal cost while maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.
