Job summary

Wingham Services Club is seeking enthusiastic Bar Attendants to join our hospitality team on a casual basis in Wingham, NSW 2429. You will deliver excellent service and uphold high standards of professionalism to ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Duties include serving beverages, handling payments, keeping the bar clean, restocking supplies, and supporting the team to provide a seamless service. RSA/RCG certificates and flexibility for evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Bar Attendant.
• Current RSA and RCG certificates.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Take orders and process payments using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe bar environment.
• Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build guest relationships.
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown at shift start/end.

Wingham Services Club is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Bar Attendants to join our hospitality team on a casual basis. This position is located in Wingham, NSW 2429 and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality environment. As a Bar Attendant, you will be at the heart of our guests’ experience, delivering outstanding service whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail. This role is essential to creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every visitor leaves with a positive impression of our club.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with efficiency and accuracy
• Taking customer orders and processing payments using our point-of-sale systems
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe bar environment at all times
• Restocking bar supplies and ensuring adequate inventory levels throughout your shift
• Building positive relationships with guests and providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting with bar setup and breakdown at the beginning and end of shifts
• Working collaboratively with other team members to deliver a seamless service experience

What we’re looking for

• Responsibility in handling cash and operating till systems accurately
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
• Ability to work efficiently during peak periods whilst maintaining composure under pressure
• A flexible approach to scheduling and willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, must be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation
• Must have previous experience as a Bar Attendant
• Current RSA and RCG certificates
