Job summary

Rydges Resort Hunter Valley is seeking enthusiastic Bar Attendants for its Conference & Events facilities. You will deliver friendly beverage service across a range of events, from conferences to gala dinners, while supporting the events team and maintaining high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in resort, hotel, bar, conference or events environment.
• RSA certification and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to all guests.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standards.
• Set up, stock and pack down event bars according to requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar areas at all times.
• Follow event run sheets and cooperate with Conference & Events teams.
