Qualifications

• Current RSA/RCG certification
• Experience in bar service in a club/pub environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with electronic point-of-sale systems and gaming machines
• Ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends
• Excellent cash handling skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to responsible gaming and duty of care
• High standards of personal hygiene and appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of gaming and liquor legislation advantageous

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and prepare drinks to high standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every order
• Operate gaming machines professionally and responsibly, adhering to all relevant legislation and club policies
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service to members and guests in both the bar and gaming areas
• Maintain a clean and hygienic bar and gaming environment at all times
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Stock and organise bar supplies and gaming equipment as required
• Monitor patron behaviour and ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol practices
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that encourages members to return regularly
• Assist with basic food service where required
