You will support banquet functions across morning, afternoon, and evening rosters, maintain presentation standards, and collaborate with Banquets, Culinary, and Events teams to create memorable experiences for guests while upholding Four Seasons’ renowned service

Qualifications

• Banquet/food & beverage service experience preferred
• Strong guest-service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work a rotating roster and non-standard hours

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalised food and beverage service during all banquet functions
• Set up, service, and breakdown event spaces according to banquet event orders and guest expectations
• Work collaboratively with the Banquets, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure smooth function execution
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained in all event spaces
• Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipating needs and providing thoughtful, tailored service
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, wine pairings, and dietary considerations to assist guests
• Assist in the preparation and resetting of event spaces for consecutive functions throughout the day
