Dentons Australia is seeking two talented Associates (3-4 years PQE) to join our Recovery & Restructuring team in Sydney. You will work on banking litigation and insolvency matters for major financial institutions, private credit providers and corporate clients.

This fast-moving, collaborative team offers mentoring from leaders in the field, extensive exposure, and opportunities to advance within a global firm committed to pro-bono work and community engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years' post-qualification experience in recoveries, banking litigation or security reviews.
• Strong drafting and written communication skills, including advice work and court documents.
• Court and advocacy experience is valued but not essential.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with a desire to develop your career.

Aufgaben

• Acting for major Australian banks and private credit funds in recovery matters.
• Managing secured mortgage recovery matters including court appearances and enforcement.
• Opportunities to work on receiverships, administrations and liquidations.
• Collaborating with partners across the team to serve diverse clients.
