Dentons Australia is seeking two Associates in our Recovery & Restructuring team in Sydney. You will handle secured recoveries and banking litigation matters, working under the guidance of leading practitioners for banks, credit funds and corporate clients.

This role offers rapid responsibility, mentoring, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment designed to develop technical and commercial skills across a broad client base.

Qualifications

• Strong drafting and written communication skills are essential.
• Court and advocacy experience is advantageous.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine desire to learn and develop your career.

Responsibilities

• Act for major clients in recovery and enforcement matters across the banking and secured lending spectrum.
• Manage a portfolio of secured mortgage recovery matters including court appearances and enforcement strategies.
• Assist on receiverships, voluntary administrations and liquidations as required.
• Collaborate closely with partners to provide broad client service across industries.
