Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant, strong communication and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. This role offers learning opportunities and a pathway for career growth.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant.
- Experience in Banking and Finance or commercial transactional practice is a plus.
- Excellent communication and diary management skills.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients and internal/external contacts via phone and email.
- Preparing draft legal documents and business development material.
- Diary management and meeting/event preparation.
- Managing file opening and client onboarding processes.
- Word processing and formatting across Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Billing support and cost update administration.
- File and email management and filing.
