Montgomery Advisory is seeking an Associate to join its Banking & Finance team in Sydney. The role offers exposure to a range of financing transactions and direct client interaction within a leading Australian law firm.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to complex deals while building your career in a highly regarded practice. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PAE in banking and finance law, with demonstrated experience on corporate or property finance

Qualifications

• 3+ years PAE in banking & finance law.
• Experience with corporate or property finance transactions is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in transactions across property, construction, and acquisition finance.
• Engage directly with clients and other parties with strong interpersonal skills.
• Draft clear, concise communications for stakeholders.
• Collaborate within a close-knit, supportive sub-team.
