Job summary

NAB is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor – Banking in Wollongong, NSW. You will be the first point of contact for customers across multiple NAB branches, helping them with account openings, lending and transactions.

• Support NAB’s Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Dapto & Nowra Branches as first point of contact for customers.
• Identify suitable products and services for customers, such as account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
• Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure.
