NAB is hiring a Branch Customer Advisor for Wollongong to support NAB's Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Dapto and Nowra branches with a customer-first approach.

You will help with account openings, unsecured lending and transactions, and promote Smarter Banking options to ensure a simple, secure customer experience. This role includes tailored development, mileage paid, and mobility across branches within the region.

• Comfort enabling digital self-service and Smarter Banking options.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for customers across Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Dapto and Nowra branches.
• Identify suitable products and services for customers (account opening, unsecured lending, transactions).
• Demonstrate and promote Smarter Banking options to make banking simple, easy and secure.
