Transport for NSW invites applications for a permanent full-time Road Worker in Balranald, NSW. Join our maintenance crew and contribute to safer, smoother roads through hands-on upkeep, use of plant and tools, and proactive problem solving in a rural regional setting.

Qualifications

• Must be safety-focused and able to perform physical work.
• Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel within the region and undertake callouts.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and manual labouring tasks using plant and equipment and powered and non-powered hand tools.
• Undertake road maintenance activities including widening, barrier installs, enhanced road pavements, overtaking lanes and heavy patching works.
• Travel throughout the region to attend worksites and call-outs as required.
• Contribute to safer, smoother roads and longer-lasting infrastructure in an outdoor setting.
