Job summary

CrewSELECT Pty Ltd seeks 5 reliable Baler Machine Operators for a brand-new Murarrie facility. Candidates with production, manufacturing, sorting or warehousing experience are ideal for a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating a baler, wrapping products, loading into containers, and maintaining production records while following safety and PPE requirements. Join a growing team with safety and efficiency at the core.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, sorting or warehousing.
• Comfortable operating machinery in a production environment.
• Forklift licence and operational experience highly desirable.
• Able to pass pre-employment checks.
• Comfortable wearing a P2 respirator.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a baler machine and manage the product wrapping process
• Load finished products into shipping containers
