Job summary

Australian Coffee and Dough is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Mount Kuring-gai site to oversee bakery production and packaging of Dough Processing and Baking products. The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety and efficiency across the shift.

You will lead a small team, ensure GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement in processes while meeting production targets. Day shift 6am–6pm with on-site parking and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Work Health and Safety principles.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in a Bakery or food processing environment or FMCG is desirable.
• Baker by Trade is desirable but not essential.
• Full working rights.

• Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective action immediately

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Production Supervisor, based at our Mount Kuring-gai site. The purpose of this role is to manage, coordinate and monitor the production and packaging of our Dough Processing and Baking products of the Mount Kuring-gai site. Ensuring that products are manufactured, stored, and distributed to the highest commercial quality/efficiency whilst, meeting corporate and statutory requirements.
