Job summary

Vili’s Bakery in Adelaide, Australia is seeking a dedicated Pie Production Operator to join our family-owned team. You will work on the pie production line, operate machinery, and ensure quality and safety as pies move from preparation to baking.

Responsibilities include handling trays, maintaining hygiene, and contributing to daily production targets in a fast-paced environment. Early starts and Monday–Friday shifts suit reliable team players seeking permanency.

Qualifications

• Reliable and available Monday to Friday.
• Physically fit for manual handling and standing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team in the pie production line.
• Operate machinery used to assemble and produce pies.
• Apply pie cuts and markings to identify different pie varieties and fillings.
• Monitor product quality and presentation.
• Transfer trays and racks of pies to the oven area for baking.
• Help achieve daily production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain food safety, quality and hygiene standards.
