Job summary

Workforce International in Silverwater, NSW, is hiring multiple Bakery Process Workers / Production Operators for permanent full-time roles across Day, Afternoon and Night shifts. You will mix, prepare and pack bakery products, operate production machinery, and maintain high hygiene standards. Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 25 kg are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery, food manufacturing, process work, production or packing is highly regarded.
• Available for permanent full-time employment.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and preparing bakery products and ingredients.
• Following recipes, formulations and production procedures.
• Operating and monitoring bakery production machinery and equipment.
• Weighing and preparing ingredients.
• Packing and preparing finished bakery products.
• Setting up and cleaning production equipment.
• Completing production records and batch sheets.
• Following SOPs and food safety requirements.
