Miami Bakehouse is seeking a hands-on senior production leader for our Mandurah kitchen to drive performance across the bakery. You will own key metrics, lead the Cake and Bread teams, and be on the floor working with staff to improve workflow and results.

Reporting to the General Manager and part of the Senior Management Team, you will ensure labour efficiency, wastage control and quality across shifts, while maintaining strong systems and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• This role suits someone with proven leadership experience in food production or manufacturing.
• Background could be in food manufacturing, FMCG, ready meals, large-scale catering or central production kitchens.
• Must be highly organized with systems, planning and follow-through.
• Experience in managing wages, rostering and production KPIs; process-driven with focus on continuous improvement.
• Visible leader who works on the floor and connects with the team.

• Directly lead the Cake and Bread teams, ensuring strong performance and organisation.
• Own production performance across the bakery and drive labour efficiency, wastage control, and quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, capability and overall production performance.
