Tip Top Bakeries in Carrara is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead bakery operations, deliver safe, efficient production, and maintain product quality. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coach your team and work with planning, hygiene and quality to keep production running at its best.

This hands‑on leadership role covers rostering, performance management and continuous improvement, with a Sunday to Wednesday day shift, 7:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years' experience in a production supervisory or team leader role.
• FMCG or food manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong planning, organisation and decision‑making capability.
• Sound commercial awareness.
• A collaborative, hands‑on leadership style.
• Experience using Kronos and SAP is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop your production team to meet targets.
• Drive safety, quality and performance culture across the line.
• Deliver production targets while managing labour, materials and waste.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and GMP standards.
• Manage rosters and resources in line with demand.
• Collaborate with maintenance and reliability to minimise downtime.
• Provide regular feedback and address performance issues early.
• Ensure accurate production reporting and effective shift handovers.
• Drive continuous improvement across products, processes and systems.
