Job summary

Fresh & Save Australia is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the bakery department and drive high quality, fresh products and strong store performance.

You will oversee day-to-day bakery operations, production planning, stock control, safety and staff development, working closely with the Store Manager and Operations team to achieve targets. This is a hands-on leadership role with rostering, cost control and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' bakery supervisory experience.
• Retail bakery or department management experience.
• Strong knowledge of bakery production and daily operations.
• Experience leading and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Bakery Department.
• Work hands-on with the bakery team when required.
• Drive sales, gross profit and department performance.
