We are seeking an experienced Baker or second year apprentice to join our team at Tallangatta Bakery. This can be a full or part-time position offering an immediate start.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to the highest standards of quality
• Ensure all bakery equipment and work areas are properly cleaned and maintained
• Comply with all health and safety regulations in the bakery
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial bakery setting
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Passion for creating high-quality baked goods and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
