Beefy’s Pies is seeking a reliable Pastry Cook to join our Kunda Park production facility. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys variety, works well in a team, and thrives in a fast-paced bakery environment.

You will bake a wide range of savoury and sweet pastries, ensure food safety standards, and support apprentices and production staff as needed. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday with early start hours between 3am and 4pm.

Responsibilities

• Making a wide range of pastry goods both savoury and sweet
• Ensuring compliance to Food Safety & HACCP principles and Company Policies & Procedures
• Working safely & adhering to WHS policies
• Leading and guiding Apprentices & Production Assistants as required
• Cleaning and general housekeeping
• Ensuring stock rotation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Beefy’s are proud to produce a mouth‑watering range of pies, pasties, sausage rolls, slices, tarts, and cakes. Our award‑winning products are enjoyed across Southeast Queensland and NSW, and with continued growth, we’re expanding our team. Our busy Kunda Park facility supports 16 retail stores as well as a large and growing wholesale customer base.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on, physically active role.

• Monday to Friday


• Hours between 3am and 4pm as required
