Job summary

Banjo’s is seeking a Qualified Experienced Baker to join the Sippy Downs production team in a full-time role. You’ll produce fresh baked goods daily and work with the team to uphold Banjo’s quality standards, while maintaining safe work practices.

The role offers training, staff discounts, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment with shifts 2am–2pm, including weekends and public holidays.

About The Role

Banjo’s is currently looking for a Qualified Experienced Baker to join the Sippy Downs team.

As part of the Production Team, you’ll be producing wholesome food, handcrafted and baked fresh daily. If you’re a team player who takes pride in your work – we’d love to hear from you!

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 2am and 2pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce great tasting baked goods, fresh every day
• Work closely with the Production Team to ensure Banjo’s high-quality standards are consistently achieved
