Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Backend Developer to join a global leader in building automation and digital solutions in NSW. You will handle design, development, and enhancement of backend systems across the full software lifecycle using modern methodologies and practices.

You will build scalable, high-quality services, web APIs and integrated components, working in an Agile environment with collaborative teams and stakeholders. Strong emphasis on testing and code reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience building web-based software with modern tools and techniques.
• Strong backend development with .NET/C# and REST services.
• Experience with WCF, gRPC or similar RPC frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance backend software across the full lifecycle.
• Build scalable, reliable backend applications and services.
• Work in an Agile team and help improve development processes.
• Develop and maintain web services and APIs with modern tech.
• Provide responsive support and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on best-practice solutions.
