Qualifications

• Commercial experience with Java, Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of API design principles and industry standards.
• Experience implementing secure APIs using OAuth and JWT.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and maintaining Java‑based backend applications.
• Building secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Contributing to technical design and solving complex engineering problems.
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Collaborating with engineers, business teams and delivery partners.
• Contributing to major banking transformation programs.
• Providing occasional support across the frontend where required.
