Launch Recruitment Pty Ltd is recruiting for a banking tech initiative in Sydney. You will join a leading engineering team to build a greenfield, world-class technology solution for a major program transforming customer services.

The role focuses on strong backend Java, Spring Boot, and API integration with RESTful services, OAuth, and JWT, requiring clear communication with business stakeholders and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong backend Java experience.
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot.
• Strong API integration experience - RESTful APIs, OAuth, JWT.
• Good ability to understand complex applications.
• Solid understanding of syntaxes and data structures.
• Good to have knowledge in JavaScript frameworks - React/Node/Express/Tailwind.
• Knowledge in Serverless/Microservice architecture (Azure is advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills - translate highly technical information to business stakeholders.
• Proven experience utilising AI in projects.
• Growth mindset - eager to learn and grow.
